As
individuals we each have our priorities and the opportunity to make
our own choices. For today’s guest on IAQradio Steve Toburen, life
wasn’t all about the pursuit of money; his faith, family and giving
back were also very important. Steve Toburen left the cleaning and
disaster restoration industry at age 38 and moved with his family to
the Dominican Republic to work for higher calling. Years later, in
what would prove to be one of their most brilliant business
decisions the folks at JonDon lured S teve back to part time work
teaching a limited number of Strategy for Success courses each year.
JonDon was
founded in 1978 by John and Nick Paolella two of the nicest,
smartest, most principled and classiest businessmen I’ve had the
pleasure to meet and do business with. JonDon is focused on
partnering with its customers for success. Nick frequently credits
his firm’s success to the adage, “don’t do business with friends,
make friends out of the people you do business with.”
